Job summary

Tory Burch is seeking a retail team member in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. You will support front and back-of-house operations, greet customers, ring sales, and help execute policies while maintaining stock room organization and product flow.

Open availability for a flexible schedule, including overnights, evenings, holidays and weekends, is required. Expect occasional travel and the ability to lift 40 lbs as part of daily duties.

Qualifications

• One-to-two years of experience in a high volume, customer-drive retail environment, stock-related experience a plus
• Must have open availability for a flexible work schedule that meets the needs of the business, including overnights, evenings, holidays and weekend shifts
• Occasional overnight travel may be required
• Ability to lift (at least 40 lbs), carry, push, pull, squat, kneel, twist, turn, climb ladders, crawl, reach, bend and stand for extended periods of time

Responsibilities

• Act greeter, runner, cashier and support front of the house and back of the house operations
• Understand and execute operational policies and procedures
• Pack/unpack shipments and organize the stock room to support product flow and smooth store operations
