Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in retail management, preferably luxury/jewelry.
• Proven ability to drive sales while delivering exceptional customer experiences.
• Strong leadership to develop and guide a team.
• Proficiency with POS systems, clienteling tools, MS Office, and digital platforms.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Lead client experience and sales leadership to exceed goals and KPIs.
• Observe and coach team to deliver best-in-class service across bridal, fine jewelry, designer collections and timepieces.
• Drive omnichannel customer journey using digital and in-store tools.
• Hire, onboard, and retain top talent; foster continuous learning and feedback.
• Maintain store standards, inventory accuracy, merchandising, and loss prevention.
