You will assist the Store Manager with daily operations, recruit and coach staff, and ensure policies are followed and store standards are met.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of related sales experience in specialty or luxury retail.
• At least 2+ years of management experience.
• Strong leadership ability.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Contributes to store success by meeting sales goals and personal targets.
• Assist Store Manager with day‑to‑day operations in their absence.
• Deliver exceptional customer experiences and drive sales through styling and client outreach.
• Build client relationships and communicate goals and developments with the Store Manager.
• Help recruit, train, and motivate the team to achieve sales productivity.
• Ensure policies and procedures are followed and store standards are maintained.
• Assist with payroll, scheduling, and communicating directives from other departments.
