Qualifications

• Minimum five years of experience in similar retail management.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to influence partners.
• Experience with buying and merchandising is preferred.
• Flexible schedule including holidays, nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Lead the store leadership and sales team to drive revenue and deliver luxury client experiences.
• Oversee end-to-end store operations including labour and budget management.
• Contribute to merchandising, marketing and client relationship strategies.
• Maintain daily presence on the sales floor to mentor staff and align goals.
