The role requires strong communication, reliability, and comfort with technology. Candidates should be flexible to work evenings, weekends, and holidays; on-camera/media participation may be required.

Qualifications

• Previous retail experience preferred, but not required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Customer-focused and eager to learn.
• Reliable, punctual, and flexible for evenings/weekends/holidays.
• Tech savvy with multiple devices, Google Drive and Apple products.
• Ability to stand for extended periods on the sales floor.

Responsibilities

• Greet and engage customers in a friendly, professional manner.
• Assist customers in locating products, answering questions, and making purchase decisions.
• Process sales transactions accurately at the register.
• Maintain knowledge of promotions, product features, and store policies.
• Restock shelves and keep displays organized to company standards.
• Keep the sales floor clean, organized, and safe.
• Participate in inventory counts, stock receiving, and product tagging.
• On-Camera & Media participation as required.
