Job summary

Giorgio Armani in New York is seeking a Shop Manager to lead the store team with passion for luxury retail. You will drive sales, deliver an exceptional client experience, and align the team around brand-driven initiatives.

On the floor daily, you will shape merchandising and marketing strategies, manage end-to-end store operations, and supervise budget for labour and inventory while maintaining integrity and strong client relationships.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in retail store management.
• College or post-secondary degree preferred.
• Experience with buying & merchandising is preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, influencing partners.
• Proficiency with retail systems and MS Office (Excel/Word/PowerPoint).
• Open availability and able to work a flexible schedule, including holidays, nights and weekends.
• Italian, Spanish, French, Mandarin or other language skills are a strong asset.
• Ability to travel domestically and internationally.

Responsibilities

• Lead store team to drive sales and deliver exceptional client experience.
• Provide input on merchandising, marketing and client relationships strategies.
• Be on the sales floor daily to understand the business on the front line.
