Responsibilities include monitoring entrances, greeting clients, managing foot traffic during events, and maintaining awareness of exits and emergency procedures. A professional appearance and strong communication are required.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in retail, hospitality, or corporate security in luxury environments.
• Strong interpersonal and verbal communication skills.
• Professional appearance and demeanor.
• Ability to remain composed and observant in dynamic environments.
• First Aid/CPR certification and/or firearms permit is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Monitor the entrance and sales floor to deter theft, prevent loss, and provide a visible security presence.
• Greeting clients and guests in a professional, courteous manner.
• Support the store team in managing foot traffic, especially during high-volume periods or private events.
• Maintain awareness of the store's layout, exits, and emergency procedures.
• Respond swiftly and discreetly to any disturbances or security concerns.
• Document incidents clearly and accurately; liaise with store leadership and law enforcement if needed.
• Conduct opening and closing security checks of the store as needed.
