Job summary

Coach in Hackensack, NJ is seeking a Temporary Sales Support Associate to warmly welcome clients, assist with product selection, and maintain an organized sales floor. You will process transactions at the POS, help with stock rooms, and support merchandising and replenishment while upholding brand standards.

Ideal candidates have 1+ year of retail experience, strong English communication, and familiarity with cash registers and basic tech like iPads and Mobile POS.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Knowledge of fashion trends and ability to engage clients.

Responsibilities

• Welcome clients with warmth and professionalism; anticipate needs and provide personalized assistance.
• Operate POS accurately and maintain cash wrap organization; handle cash/media per policy.
• Receive, process, and organize shipments; report discrepancies; maintain stockroom cleanliness.
• Manage stock levels, replenish the sales floor, and implement visual merchandising updates.
• Support sales floor activities and respond to customer requests; collaborate with team or management.
