Job summary

SMCP NORTH AMERICA in California is seeking a full‑time Sales Supervisor for the Maje brand. You will mentor a boutique team, deliver Parisian‑chic service, and drive sales while maintaining store standards.

You will coach staff, build client relationships, manage workflow, and support back‑of‑house operations. Must be available evenings, weekends, and holidays; California compensation range is $22.50–$25.50 per hour, plus benefits and discounts.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of sales or service experience, preferably with some supervisory background.
• Passionate about fashion, with a keen eye for Parisian chic and luxury retail.
• A natural leader—confident, inspiring, and eager to mentor others.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example in clienteling and customer service, coaching teams to improve selling skills.
• Build strong client relationships and provide expert styling guidance to enhance the shopping experience.
• Maintain selling floor standards, oversee replenishment, and support back‑of‑house operations.
• Drive KPI success by fostering a results‑driven environment and supporting opening/closing procedures.
