Job summary

VINCE Cherry Creek in Denver, CO is seeking a Part-Time Sales Supervisor with a luxury retail mindset to lead clienteling, drive sales, and elevate the in-store experience. You will mentor the sales team, manage client relationships, and ensure product knowledge aligns with the VINCE aesthetic while maintaining store standards and operations during peak hours and events.

The role requires 2+ years in luxury retail, strong communication, and the ability to work weekends/evenings.

Qualifications

• 2+ years experience in retail sales, preferably in a luxury environment.
• Proven ability to meet or exceed sales goals.
• Team player who thrives in a collaborative environment.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills allowing for effective communication with your customers.
• Comfortable with POS systems, CRM tools, and Microsoft Office.
• Able to climb ladders and stairs; bend, reach, lift, move, and carry boxes weighing up to 35 pounds while merchandising and maintaining the sales floor.
• Flexible work schedule; must be open to work weekends, evenings, events, and holidays

Responsibilities

• Consistently achieves and exceeds personal sales goals, KPIs, and clienteling expectations.
• Building a deep understanding of fabrics, fits, construction, and design intent to inspire confident purchasing decisions.
• Cultivate and grow a robust client book through proactive outreach (SMS, email, personalized follow-up, and referrals).
• Speak confidently about the Vince aesthetic and convert conversations into meaningful, brand-focused interactions.
• Convert walk-in traffic into loyal clients through elevated engagement and a consultative selling approach.
• Model best-in-class selling and clienteling behaviors on the floor to inspire the team.
• Support store operations including POS, merchandising, inventory, and visual standards.
