Job summary

AG Jeans is seeking a Full Time Sales Associate for its Flagship retail store on Madison Avenue in New York. The role supports sales performance, operations, and visual merchandising while ensuring a superior customer experience. Reporting to the Store Manager, you will work to meet topline sales goals and uphold brand standards.

Responsibilities include optimizing store metrics, managing inventory processes, and contributing to overall store excellence through clienteling and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year sales experience, preferably in luxury or contemporary apparel & accessories.
• Knowledge of retail POS systems.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Continually drive sales by meeting or exceeding topline goals.
• Understand and monitor store KPIs (Key Performance Indicators).
• Assist with loss prevention and inventory control.
