Job summary

FFL Brands in Colorado Springs is seeking a part-time sales specialist to help customers discover the most comfortable massage chairs. You will guide, demonstrate, and close purchases while creating memorable in-store experiences.

The role emphasizes on-site selling, strong communication, and the ability to learn quickly. Expect an hourly base plus uncapped commissions, with a dog-friendly team and training support to grow your skills.

Qualifications

• A selling pro at least two years of retail or sales experience.
• A person with top-notch interpersonal skills and a demonstrated ability to quickly establish rapport and maintain enduring relationships.
• A self-starter that actively seeks and values feedback. A quick study with a strong desire to be successful.
• An excellent verbal and written communicator.
• Someone with good computer skills and the technical aptitude and confidence to troubleshoot massage chairs.

• Starting hourly base determined by your experience and past sales success
• Significant and uncapped sales bonus opportunities and seasonal/promotional selling contests and incentives
• Three months guaranteed minimum training bonus of an extra $2.50/hour worked for part time positions and $400/month for full-time positions while you learn the ropes and build sales

OTHER IMPORTANT STUFF

• Our hiring decisions are based solely on work qualifications and ability to meet or exceed job requirements.
• The job requires evening, weekend, and holiday hours.
• This is a store position, so you’ll be on your feet most of every day. You will occasionally change the floor layout, help move massage chairs, and help with the merchandising and maintenance of the store. You must be willing and able to handle all the physical aspects that come with the challenge of running a store.
