Coach is seeking a Sales Associate in Ocean City, MD to deliver an elevated shopping experience and meet personal and store sales goals. You will support daily store operations and participate in omni-channel selling, while representing Coach as a brand ambassador.

Ideal candidates have 1+ years in luxury retail, strong English, and comfort with POS systems. Flexibility for flexible scheduling including weekends is expected.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of luxury retail sales experience or equivalent education/experience.
• Experience with POS operation, basic computer proficiency (iPad/laptop), and mobile POS.
• Strong English proficiency.

Responsabilités

• Represent Coach as a brand ambassador and deliver high-quality customer service.
• Build lasting client relationships through styling, product knowledge, and fashion advice.
• Drive sales through cross-selling, upselling, and personalized recommendations.
• Utilize mobile POS and clienteling tools to capture data and encourage repeat purchases.
• Develop and execute personal sales plans; meet or exceed KPIs.
• Support inventory and daily store operations, including replenishment and visual merchandising.
