Bloomingdale's 59th Street is seeking a Retail Sales Associate to deliver exceptional customer service while working toward daily, monthly, and annual sales targets. You will help maintain visual merchandising and play a key role on the selling floor.

The role involves building client relationships, supporting events and inventory processes, and adhering to store procedures. Strong communication, attention to detail, and a professional, service-driven demeanor are essential for success.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; college degree preferred.
• Prior retail or boutique experience selling high-end goods.
• Availability for open scheduling, incl. weekends and seven days a week.
• Ability to perform some heavy lifting and manage multiple tasks.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in inventory reporting.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook; Retail Pro experience helpful.

Responsibilities

• Achieve daily, monthly, and annual sales targets.
• Establish and maintain relationships with clients and manage communication.
• Ensure high standards of client service and store presentation.
• Maintain the selling floor, merchandise, and visual merchandising standards.
• Participate in special events and projects such as sample sales and inventory.
• Adhere to store and company procedures and complete other duties as assigned.
