Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of related experience.
• Minimum High School Diploma.
• Able to lift 15 lbs.
• Flexible schedule with ability to work late nights, weekends, and some holidays.
• Heart of House: requires in-store presence for opening/closing, receiving inventory and shipping.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service, including hosting and welcoming clients.
• Be the ultimate brand ambassador by providing sales and service support.
• Support Operations with shipments, inventory cycle counts, and re-ticketing.
• Assist Fashion Advisors with packaging.
• Open/close registers and handle cash/deposits.
• Answer calls to resolve client issues promptly and professionally.
