Job summary

Jimmy Choo is seeking a Sales Associate to represent the brand in a premium retail environment in California. You will deliver elevated customer experiences, build lasting relationships with high-end clientele, and work with management to reach ambitious sales targets.

You will maintain expert product knowledge across shoes and accessories, act as a brand ambassador, and ensure impeccable visual standards. The role requires a proactive, tech-savvy individual who thrives in a luxury retail

Qualifications

2+ years of luxury retail experience with established clientele.
Self-starter with the ability to drive results.
Curious and motivated with the ability to engage; a true sales professional.
Customer service focused; ability to sell with a passion for client and community engagement.
Technologically savvy with an entrepreneurial spirit.

Responsibilities

Drive results through delivering an elevated customer experience during and after sale service.
Cultivate and maintain excellent clientele relationships.
Partner with management to strategically achieve sales targets.
Maintain a high level of product knowledge and understanding of Jimmy Choo terminology.
Act as a brand ambassador in the community and proactively foster customer relationships.
Ensure visual standards are maintained at all times.
Fulfill key-holder responsibilities including store opening/closing, cash handling, and financial duties.
