You will maintain product knowledge, uphold cash handling standards, build strong client relationships, and actively pursue sales targets while ensuring visual standards and excellent service.

Responsibilities

• Represent the brand through client interactions (in-store and virtually) and act as a brand ambassador in the community.
• Fulfill key-holder responsibilities (store opening/closing, cash handling).
• Maintain a high level of product knowledge and assist clients with expertise.
• Provide prompt, attentive service and uphold highest service standards.
• Adhere to cash wrap standards and manage client books and inventory.
• Cultivate clientele relationships with consistent follow-up via calls/emails.
• Maintain productivity and pursue monthly sales targets.
• Identify opportunities to achieve financial targets and increase sales.
• Assist with inventory and back-of-house tasks and cover operations as needed.
• Ensure visual standards and register proficiency at all times.
