Job summary

You will master product knowledge, support store operations, and pursue monthly sales targets with professionalism. The role requires 2+ years in luxury retail, strong clienteling, cash handling, and flexibility to work retail hours.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of retail or luxury sales experience with a proven record of meeting sales targets.
• Strong clienteling skills and ability to cultivate long-term relationships.
• Cash handling and POS/register proficiency; comfortable with key-holder financial responsibilities.
• Knowledge of inventory processes, shipping/receiving and visual standards.
• Professional presentation, excellent communication skills, and flexibility to work retail hours.

Responsibilities

• Engage clients in person and virtually, provide high-touch service and proactive follow-up (calls, emails, thank you notes).
• Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets through clientelling and business development.
• Perform key-holder duties including store opening/closing, cash handling, end-of-day procedures and register operations.
• Manage client book, assist with after-sales service, and maintain visual merchandising standards.
• Support inventory management, shipping/receiving, back-of-house coverage and special projects as needed.
