Job summary

Exemplar Luxury Group seeks a Merchandise Operations Associate for a Neiman Marcus store in Florida. You will assist with stocking, receiving, order fulfillment and merchandise handling to support sales and customer experience.

The role reports to the RPSO Manager and involves merchandise placement, price changes, inventory control, and event setup. A flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays is required.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of retail experience.
• Demonstrate flexibility with competing tasks and a team mentality.
• Basic proficiency with MS Office Product Suite.
• Ability to stand, bend, climb stairs, and lift up to 35 pounds.
• Associates must work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily store operations to support sales and customer experience.
• Handle merchandise transfers, inbound/outbound freight, and stockroom upkeep.
• Fulfill orders and prepare shipments for online and store customers.
• Update signage, pricing and reticketing; maintain merchandising standards.
• Support with in-store events and activations, and safety procedures.
