Job summary

Exemplar Luxury Group is seeking a Merchandise Operations Associate to support stocking, receiving, order fulfillment, and merchandise handling in a Neiman Marcus store location. You will report to the RPSO Manager and perform operational tasks that boost store sales and customer experiences.

The role requires 1+ year of retail experience, flexibility with tasks, and basic MS Office skills. Candidates should be able to stand, lift up to 35 pounds, and work evenings, weekends, and holidays as

Qualifications

• 1+ year of retail experience.
• Flexibility with competing tasks and a 'win together' mentality.
• Basic proficiency with MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Complete daily store operations and help direct leads and managers.
• Merchandise handling, transfers, and processing of inbound / outbound freight.
• Fulfillment, packing and shipping of online and store customer orders.
• Complete necessary merchandise placements to ensure merchandise standards are followed.
• Merchandise price changes and reticketing; signs and moves product once marked.
• Reticketing, damages, mark out of stocks and related inventory control processes.
• Responsible for back stocking, stockroom organization and maintenance.
• Support with set-up and take down of in-store events and activations.
