Exemplar Luxury Group, parent of Neiman Marcus, seeks a Merchandise Operations Associate to support stocking, receiving, order fulfillment and merchandise handling to boost store sales and the customer experience. You report to the RPSO Manager and work in a Neiman Marcus location.

The role requires 1+ year of retail experience, basic MS Office skills, and the ability to lift up to 35 pounds. Flexible scheduling including evenings, weekends and holidays is expected, with a comprehensive benefits

Qualifications

• 1+ year of retail experience.
• Basic proficiency with MS Office.
• Ability to stand, bend, climb stairs and lift up to 35 pounds.
• Associates must work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Complete daily store operations and assist leads and managers.
• Handle merchandise transfers, inbound/outbound freight and stock.
• Fulfill, pack and ship online and store customer orders.
• Place merchandise to meet standards and update signage.
• Reticketing, damages, and inventory control processes.
• Keep stockroom organized and maintained.
• Assist with in-store events and activations; follow safety procedures.
