Neiman Marcus is seeking a Merchandise Operations Associate to assist with stocking, receiving, order fulfillment, and merchandise handling in-store. You will report to the RPSO Manager and help maintain merchandise organization to support store sales and the customer experience.

You will coordinate merchandise transfers, pricing updates, and sign/stock changes while supporting back stock and stockroom upkeep.

Formación

• At least 1 year of retail experience.
• Ability to multitask and work with a "win together" mindset.
• Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Ability to stand, bend, climb stairs, and lift up to 35 pounds.
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsabilidades

• Complete daily store operations and assist with directing leads and managers.
• Merchandise handling, transfers, and processing of inbound / outbound freight.
• Fulfillment, packing and shipping of online and store customer orders.
• Complete necessary merchandise placements to ensure merchandise standards are followed.
• Merchandise price changes and reticketing; signs and moves product once marked.
• Reticketing, damages, mark out of stocks and related inventory control processes.
• Responsible for back stocking, stockroom organization and maintenance.
• Under the guidance of Managers and Visual, merchandises product and sets sale events and signage.
• Support with set-up and take down of in-store events and activations.
• Follow all safety procedures on the dock and in all other work areas.
