Peter Millar is opening a Naples boutique in November 2026 and seeks a Retail Operations Specialist to support the Store Manager in maintaining efficient back-of-house operations and accurate inventory. Qualifications

• Must have 1-2 years of retail experience; luxury brand preferred.

Responsibilities

• Receive and process incoming shipments and notify discrepancies with packing slips.
• Conduct bi-monthly inventory cycle counts and adjust records for accuracy.
• Update style numbers and prices on carry-over products as directed by inventory team.
• Transfer products between store locations as needed and price untagged items.
• Maintain organized stock room and ensure cleanliness for efficiency and stock control.
• Monitor replenishment needs and communicate shortages to management.
• Ensure compliance with 100% FFI rate; coordinate with corporate on missed FFI corrections.
• Pull and investigate negative on-hand reports and reconcile with article activity.
