• Secure back-of-house efficiency and support the team in providing efficient service to clients and ensuring processes meet brand standards.
• Greet clients with courtesy and integrity, collaborating with the Client Experience team and store team to deliver a seamless client experience.
• Maintain daily calendar of client appointments and in-store events; manage hosting duties and waitlists.
• Oversee inventory management, store facilities and systems.
