Job summary

Kering is seeking an Operations Associate in Short Hills to support store operations, stock management, and customer service excellence. You will help ensure accurate stock levels, timely deliveries, and organized inventory as part of a luxury retail team.

You will work closely with store management to maintain stock room standards, assist in training new hires, and contribute to a seamless shopping experience for clients of the Kering luxury brands.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience in a highly-complex retail stock room.
• Experience working with freight carriers (FedEx/UPS) a plus.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as ambassador of the brand and achieve stock and KPI goals.
• Verify quantities shipped/received against documentation for all shipments.
• Provide quick stock checks and deliver to sales floor on request.
• Maintain stock room by style, color, and size per store policy.
• Conduct cycle counts and report inventory discrepancies to management.
• Package and log outgoing merchandise according to procedures.
• Maximize stock space for efficient store operations.
• Communicate arrivals, replenishments, and returns to management and sales team.
• Assist in training new hires on shipping/receiving procedures.
