Job summary

Bergdorf Goodman, a flagship luxury retailer, is seeking an Operations Associate to support stocking, receiving, order fulfillment and merchandise handling. You will help maintain stockroom organization and assist with in-store events while working under store leadership.

The role requires 1+ year of retail experience, flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays, and basic proficiency with Google Suite. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, 401(k) and employee discounts.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of retail experience.
• Ability to multitask with a team-oriented mindset.
• Proficiency with Google Suite.

Responsibilities

• Complete daily store operations and support managers.
• Handle merchandise, transfers, and inbound/outbound freight.
• Fulfillment, packing and shipping of online and store orders.
• Maintain merchandise standards and signage.
• Assist with events and activations.
• Follow safety procedures on the dock and in all areas.
