Job summary

Giorgio Armani Corporation seeks a Merchandise Flow Supervisor to lead on the sales floor, drive revenue and ensure an excellent client experience. You will manage back-of-house stock, execute merchandising strategies, and collaborate with leadership to align brand standards.

You will also provide input on merchandising plans, leverage frontline insights, and maintain inventory accuracy with a focus on seamless store operations and staff collaboration.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years of experience in similar retail shipping & receiving management.
• College or post-secondary degree preferred.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to influence partners and motivate team.
• Proficiency with Retail Systems and Office programs (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Open availability for flexible schedule, including holidays, nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Lead on the sales floor and drive revenue through effective merchandising and customer engagement.
• Oversee a well-organized stockroom and strong merchandise flow (replenishment) practices.
• Ensure systematized shipping & receiving operations and timely markdown execution.
• Communicate clearly with team to cascade expectations and keep operations efficient.
