Vince is seeking a Full Time Keyholder at Sawgrass Mills, FL to lead with selling and elevate every client interaction. You will own your client book and set the tone for the store with luxury service standards and deep product knowledge.

You will exceed sales goals, build relationships through proactive outreach, and collaborate with the team to maintain the Vince luxury experience on the floor and in operations.

Formación

• 2+ years experience in retail sales, preferably in a luxury environment.
• Proven ability to meet or exceed sales goals
• Team player who thrives in a collaborative environment
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Comfortable with POS systems, CRM tools, and Microsoft Office
• Able to climb ladders and stairs; lift up to 35 pounds while merchandising
• Flexible schedule; weekends, evenings, holidays

• Consistently achieves and exceeds personal sales goals and KPIs
• Builds a deep understanding of fabrics, fits, construction, and design intent
• Cultivate and grow a robust client book through proactive outreach
• Speak confidently about the Vince aesthetic to drive sales
• Convert walk-in traffic into loyal clients through elevated engagement
• Model best-in-class selling and clienteling on the floor
• Support store operations including POS, merchandising, inventory, and visuals
• Uphold all company policies including loss prevention
