Job summary

SMCP North America in Las Vegas is seeking a Keyholder to support the store leadership and deliver an exceptional customer experience. You will open/close operations, manage cash, and lead by example to drive sales and maintain brand standards.

You will build client relationships, provide styling advice, and ensure a welcoming, inclusive environment while working in a luxury retail setting. Evening/weekend availability is required.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience in retail or customer service.
• Supervisory experience preferred.
• Experience in luxury retail is preferred.
• Excellent communication and a friendly demeanor.
• Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise the team in the absence of the Store Manager/Assistant Manager.
• Open/close procedures, cash handling, KPI tracking.
• Provide exceptional customer service with product knowledge and recommendations.
• Build and maintain a client book, fostering relationships and loyalty.
• Achieve sales targets through service and brand values.
• Address customer issues promptly and professionally.
• Oversee stock replenishment and maintain store standards.
• Mentor new hires and support team development.
