Brahmin Leather Works LLC is seeking a Part-Time Key Holder to drive store performance and customer experience. You will mentor sales associates, execute visual merchandising directions, and help recruit and onboard talent to sustain a high-energy luxury environment.

You will collaborate with the Store Manager to meet daily sales targets, develop talent, and uphold Brahmin’s standards. This role offers a path to greater earning through commissions and career growth.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; 1–2 years of luxury retail experience preferred.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate staff coaching and feedback to maximize performance and teamwork.
• Lead by example to meet sales and service metrics and drive a positive selling culture.
• Support recruiting and onboarding to build a skilled, brand-aligned store team.
• Maintain dress code and appearance standards to reflect Brahmin's luxury image.
• Manage store operations, merchandising, and safety in compliance with policies.
