Job summary

Sociedad Textil Lonia Corp. is seeking a Key Holder to create a welcoming shopping environment, deliver exceptional service, and drive customer loyalty within our New Jersey store.

You will act as a role model, train new staff on brand standards and product knowledge, support merchandising, and help achieve daily and weekly sales targets. Fluency in Spanish is a plus; minimum 2 years of retail management in fashion luxury is preferred. Commuter benefits and employee discounts are offered.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years retail management experience, preferably in fashion luxury brands.
• Strong experience in creating and maintaining clientele relations.
• Interpersonal communication and ability to work under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Create and organize a pleasant shopping environment, providing excellent customer service.
• Follow the company customer experience protocol to drive loyalty.
• Maintain and develop the store Client book and after-sale care.
• Replenish products on the sales floor while respecting visual merchandising standards.
• Achieve daily and weekly sales targets and KPIs defined by Store Manager.
• Assist with merchandising and inventory activities.
