Job summary

Wolford in New York City is seeking a Retail Inventory & Operations Coordinator. Based at 609 Madison Avenue, you will manage daily shipments and merchandise movements for Wolford’s NYC boutiques, ensuring accurate receiving, labeling, and replenishment so the sales floor stays stocked and ready to serve clients.

You will support inventory accuracy across all US boutiques, monitor ASNs and cycle counts, and assist with stockroom standards and training.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail stock, inventory, logistics, or store operations.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and follow-through.
• Proficient in Excel, Outlook, and inventory/POS systems.
• Willing to travel between NYC boutiques.

Responsibilities

• Own daily shipment receiving and processing for NYC boutiques.
• Monitor inventory accuracy and coordinate cycle counts.
• Support stockroom standards and operational processes across US boutiques.
• Collaborate with leaders to plan transfers and PR product movements.
• Provide hands-on guidance and training on NewStore processes.
