Job summary

Keller Executive Search is seeking a General Manager to launch and lead a new luxury Western lifestyle store in Lubbock. The role combines hands-on retail leadership with strong commercial judgment to build a service-oriented team.

The ideal candidate will own results, drive profitability, and cultivate community partnerships while delivering an elevated customer experience on-site. Relocation assistance and competitive compensation are included.

Qualifications

• Experience in luxury, premium or specialty retail.
• Proven success leading, coaching and developing sales teams.
• Strong understanding of retail sales, payroll, inventory and store operations.

Responsibilities

• Establish and lead the new Lubbock store and its daily operations.
• Recruit, train, coach and retain a high-performing sales and support team.
• Take responsibility for sales, profitability, payroll, inventory and operational standards.
• Deliver a welcoming, personalized and elevated customer experience.
• Build a loyal customer base through clienteling, referrals and community engagement.
• Establish sales expectations and monitor key store and individual performance indicators.
• Use sales reporting and trends to identify opportunities and improve results.
• Maintain excellent merchandising, presentation, cleanliness and product-care standards.
• Develop meaningful relationships and partnerships within the Lubbock community.
• Create a culture of teamwork, accountability and consistent communication.
