Giorgio Armani in New York seeks a General Manager to lead a diverse sales team, inspire excellence on the floor, and align operations with the brand’s luxury standards. You will oversee staffing, performance, and budget to deliver an exceptional client experience.

You will also influence merchandising, marketing, and client relationship strategies, staying hands-on on the sales floor to translate insights into actions that drive revenue and elevate the store’s performance.

Formación

• 5+ years of experience in a similar retail management field.
• College or post-secondary degree preferred.
• Experience with buying and merchandising preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; ability to influence and motivate partners.
• Experience in executing Sales Management Trainings and presentations.
• Proficiency with Retail Systems and Office programs (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Open availability and flexible schedule including holidays, nights and weekends.
• Language skills (Italian, Spanish, French, Mandarin or others) considered a strong asset.
• Ability to travel domestically and internationally.
