Job summary

The RealReal is seeking a Customer Experience Specialist to drive in-store sales, educate customers about sustainable luxury fashion, and manage consignor relations. Qualifications

• 1+ years retail experience in a customer-facing role.
• Ability to work flexible hours including holidays, evenings and weekends.
• Commitment to delivering an elevated customer and employee experience.

Responsibilities

• Educate customers on The RealReal’s mission and business model.
• Drive sales through customer engagement and product knowledge.
• Explain the consignment process and manage consignor expectations at drop-off.
• Process and catalog items to TRR quality standards for shipment.
• Maintain brand standards and high-quality handling of products.
• Support opening/closing procedures and daily store tasks.
• Proactively reach out to existing customers to drive store traffic.
