Reporting to store management, you will showcase passion for the Burberry brand, apply styling knowledge, and guide clients through the journey from greeting to sale, while maintaining exceptional service and brand standards in-store.

Responsibilities

• Meet and exceed individual and store sales and other commercial KPIs
• Inspire clients using storytelling and passion for the Burberry brand to create desire and loyalty
• Provide luxury service with knowledge of product, fashion, and styling
• Follow the client journey to deliver a great initial impression, discover the client, and close the sale
• Be efficient in follow-ups and after-sales service to clients
• Support daily store operations, maintain high luxury standards front and back of house
• Follow company policies and visual standards; maintain visual standards per Burberry guidelines
• Foster teamwork and a positive work climate
• Build meaningful relationships with clients and work by appointment to promote loyalty and incremental purchases
• Drive retention by contacting clients regularly and following up on sales or requests
