Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service at checkout and greet customers warmly.
• Act as ambassador for the Insider Program; promote add-on sales and gift cards.
• Maintain accuracy in cash handling, media management, and policy compliance.
• Process returns, repairs, and damaged goods; complete end-of-shift audits with management.
• Keep cashwrap organized and report equipment issues promptly.
• Assist in training and mentoring cashiers to uphold service and operational excellence.
