Job summary

Tory Burch is seeking a retail team member in the United States to support front and back of house operations in a fast-paced store environment. You’ll greet customers, process transactions, and help maintain stock flow with a collaborative team that values excellence.

Two or more shifts, including nights and weekends, may be required. You should be able to lift up to 40 lbs and work in a dynamic retail setting while delivering outstanding customer experiences.

Qualifications

• One-to-two years of experience in a high volume, customer-driven retail environment.
• Open availability for a flexible work schedule that meets the needs of the business, including overnights, evenings, holidays and weekend shifts.
• Occasional overnight travel may be required.
• Ability to lift (at least 40 lbs), carry, push, pull, squat, kneel, twist, turn, climb ladders, crawl, reach, bend and stand for extended periods of time.

Responsibilities

• Act as greeter, runner, cashier, answer phones, understand and execute operational policies and procedures.
• Pack/unpack shipments and organize the stock room to support product flow and store operations.
• Work with an amazing team to deliver retail excellence and create memorable customer experiences.
