Coach is seeking an Assistant Store Manager in the United States to partner with the Store Manager in driving sales performance and operational excellence. You’ll lead by example on the sales floor, delivering exceptional customer experiences and upholding Coach’s service standards.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of leadership experience in retail or service industries; luxury/fashion background preferred.
• Strong customer focus and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Proven ability to inspire and motivate teams to exceed performance standards.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and conflict resolution skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and retail systems; knowledge of omni-channel clienteling strategies.
• Strong English language proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Support Store Manager in achieving sales goals through forecasting and planning.

• Recruit, onboard, and coach team members; build a strong talent pipeline.
