Job summary

The Estee Lauder Companies Inc. is seeking an Assistant Store Manager in Malibu to support the Store Manager in leading and developing a team of Sales Associates.

Qualifications

• Proven retail experience, preferably within cosmetics.

• Retail operations experience including inventory management and cash reconciliation
• Ability to work retail hours including days, nights, weekends and special events in a fast-paced work environment
