The role focuses on delivering exceptional customer experiences and maintaining Coach standards while leading a high-energy team.

The ideal candidate will have leadership experience in retail or luxury fashion, strong communication skills, and proficiency with retail systems and clienteling strategies.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1+ years of leadership experience in retail or luxury/fashion environment.
• Ability to inspire and motivate teams to exceed performance standards.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills; resolve customer issues promptly.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales and strategy by forecasting, planning, and category initiatives; monitor KPIs and adjust as needed.
• Deliver exceptional service by maintaining Coach standards and acting as a brand ambassador.
• Lead, onboard, and coach team members to build a strong talent pipeline.
• Execute omni-channel and digital engagement through clienteling and social media trends.
• Ensure operational excellence including policies, scheduling, payroll, HR processes, loss prevention, and merchandising standards.
• Collaborate with leadership to interpret market trends and share insights with district and corporate teams.
