Responsibilities

• Drive Sales & Strategy: assist in forecasting, planning, and implementing initiatives to hit sales goals; monitor KPIs.
• Deliver Exceptional Service: create an inclusive, high-energy environment that meets service standards and acts as a brand ambassador.
• Lead & Develop Talent: recruit, onboard, and coach team members; build a strong talent pipeline aligned with brand vision.
• Execute Omni-Channel & Digital Engagement: support virtual shopping, clienteling, and data acquisition; leverage social media trends.
• Ensure Operational Excellence: oversee policies, scheduling, payroll, HR processes, loss prevention, and visual standards; maintain safety.
