Job summary

Coach is seeking an Assistant Store Manager in a fast-paced luxury retail setting in Tigard, OR. You will partner with the Store Manager to drive sales performance, operational excellence, and team development while modeling Coach's service standards.

You will lead by example on the floor, deliver exceptional customer experiences, recruit and coach staff, and contribute to omni-channel and digital engagement efforts to support brand growth.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of leadership experience in retail or service industries.
• Luxury/fashion background preferred.
• Strong customer focus and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and retail systems; knowledge of omni-channel services.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales and strategy by forecasting, planning, and implementing category initiatives; monitor KPIs and adjust strategies as needed.
• Deliver exceptional service by creating an inclusive, high-energy environment and upholding service standards.
• Lead, onboard, and coach team members; build a strong talent pipeline aligned with brand vision.
• Execute omni-channel and digital engagement, including clienteling and social media trends.
• Ensure operational excellence with policies, scheduling, payroll, HR processes, loss prevention, and visual merchandising.
