Job summary

Coach is seeking an Assistant Store Manager in Kentucky to partner with the Store Manager in driving sales performance, operations, and team development on the sales floor. You will lead by example, delivering exceptional customer experiences and upholding Coach’s service standards.

You will also support omni-channel initiatives, clienteling, and data-driven strategies while ensuring compliance with policies, scheduling, payroll, and loss prevention in a fast-paced luxury environment.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of leadership experience in retail or service industries; luxury/fashion background preferred.
• Proven ability to lead and develop teams to meet performance standards.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills; customer focus and adaptability.

Responsibilities

• Drive Sales & Strategy: support forecasting, planning and category initiatives; monitor KPIs.
• Deliver Exceptional Service: create an inclusive, high-energy environment meeting service standards; resolve issues.
• Lead & Develop Talent: recruit, onboard, and coach team members; foster collaboration.
• Execute Omni-Channel & Digital Engagement: support virtual shopping, clienteling, and data acquisition.
• Ensure Operational Excellence: oversee scheduling, payroll, HR processes, loss prevention, and visual standards.
• Collaborate & Communicate: share market insights with district and corporate teams.
