Jared in Mobile, AL is seeking an Assistant General Manager to drive daily performance, elevate the customer experience, and coach a store team toward luxury-service standards.

You’ll partner with the General Manager to develop talent, uphold brand promise, and maintain inventory controls while delivering sales results and memorable client interactions. Flexible scheduling includes evenings, weekends, and holidays, with a focus on training and growth.

Responsabilidades

• Support store performance through daily business rhythms, coaching, and operational consistency.
• Reinforce key behaviors tied to conversion, appointments, clienteling, and follow-up.
• Partner with leadership to execute visual standards, promotions, and operational priorities.
• Maintain inventory, compliance, and security standards.
• Model elevated service to ensure customers feel welcomed and guided.
• Lead from the floor by coaching in real time and supporting meaningful customer interactions.
• Reinforce appointment culture, follow-up behaviors, and relationship-building expectations.
• Help create memorable experiences that build trust, loyalty, and confidence.
• Resolve customer concerns quickly and within guidelines.
• Deliver in-the-moment coaching and recognition to build confidence and capability.
