The role emphasizes professional presentation, teamwork, and adherence to scheduling and cash handling procedures within Saks Global operations. Weekend/evening availability required.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• Experience in serving food and beverage and following proper table service guidelines.
• Ability to work autonomously and handle multiple duties.
• Associates must be willing to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Serves assigned seating section of dining area in a professional and gracious manner.
• Provides detailed information about menu items using knowledge of food and culinary terminology.
• Leveraging knowledge of wine, beer, and spirits to assist guests.
• Interacts graciously with the public and handles multiple duties simultaneously.
• Participates in daily pre-shift meetings and adheres to POS procedures.
