Job summary

Neiman Marcus is seeking a Restaurant Server to warmly and professionally serve guests while upholding the luxury standards of the brand. The role requires knowledge of menu items, wine, and service etiquette, with a focus on hospitality and accuracy in all transactions.

Responsibilities include station service, teamwork, and adherence to shift schedules. A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred, with the ability to lift up to 35 pounds and work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Qualifications

• Prior experience serving food & beverage in a dining setting.
• Ability to work autonomously and maintain customer focus.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills.
• Standing, bending, climbing stairs, and lifting up to 35 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Serve assigned seating section in a professional manner.
• Provide detailed menu information and wine/spirits knowledge.
• Maintain hygiene and cleanliness of restaurant and workstation.
• Participate in pre-shift meetings and follow POS procedures.
• Assist with scheduling and shift changes as needed.
• Punch in/out and follow scheduling procedures.
