Job summary

Neiman Marcus, a premier luxury retailer, seeks a Restaurant Server to deliver warm, professional service aligned with the brand’s standards. You will inform guests about menu items, beverages, and culinary terminology while maintaining exceptional guest relations.

The role requires the ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays, standing for long periods and lifting up to 35 pounds. A high school diploma or GED is preferred, with prior serving experience strongly valued.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• Experience serving food and beverage with proper table service.
• Ability to work autonomously and stay motivated.

Responsibilities

• Serve assigned seating section of dining area in a professional manner.
• Explain menu items with knowledge of food preparation and terminology.
• Demonstrate knowledge of wine, beer, and spirits and service procedures.
• Interact graciously with guests and handle multiple duties simultaneously.
• Complete pre-shift and post-shift duties and manage POS transactions.
