Neiman Marcus is seeking a Restaurant Server to provide warm, professional service to guests in a luxury retail environment. You will describe menu items, suggest wine pairings, and ensure a memorable dining experience while adhering to high hygiene and service standards.

The role requires the ability to stand for extended periods, lift items up to 35 pounds, and work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Experience in serving food and beverage and following proper table service guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Serves assigned seating section of dining area in a professional and gracious manner.
• Provides information about menu items using knowledge of food, preparation and culinary terminology.
• Leverages knowledge of wine, beer and spirits, including procedures.
• Interacts with the public and manages multiple duties.
• Follows pre/post-shift procedures and uses POS system accurately.
• Maintains hygiene standards and cleans workstation and restaurant.
