Exemplar Luxury Group seeks a Restaurant Server to warmly and professionally serve Neiman Marcus customers in-store, upholding the high standards of the brand. You will inform guests about menu items and beverages, support a smooth dining experience, and collaborate with team to ensure exceptional service.

This role requires strong customer service, the ability to multitask, and flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays within a dynamic luxury retailer environment.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• Experience in serving food and beverage.
• Ability to work autonomously.
• Strong customer service and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to stand, bend, climb stairs, and lift and carry up to 35 pounds.
• Associates must be willing to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Serve assigned seating section in a professional and gracious manner.
• Provide detailed information about menu items using knowledge of food and preparation.
• Leverage knowledge of wine, beer, and spirits and related service procedures.
• Interact graciously with the public and handle multiple duties at the same time.
• Participate in daily pre-shift meetings.
• Adhere to accounting procedures for all transactions and operate the POS system.
• Execute pre-shift, post-shift, daily and weekly duties as assigned by supervisor.
• Maintain restaurant and workstation hygiene and cleanliness.
